My transformation journey began with a question:
WHO DO I THINK I AM?
I have always felt a deep calling to explore the dimensions of the Self, an innate need to understand what we are beyond the visible.
This impulse led me on a path of transformative experiences, some of them marked by pain, trauma and identity crisis.
However, over time I came to understand that those experiences were not just wounds, but doors. I learned to see the invisible threads that hold the processes of evolution and healing hidden in each event.
I went from being a victim to honoring each experience, recognizing them as the keys to my self-realization and personal and spiritual growth.
Through my own experience, I discovered that there is no evolution without working with the shadow. Understanding, accepting and transcending our most hidden parts is indispensable for individual and collective transformation.
A great discovery in my path has been Magic. Not as an act of chance or fantasy, but as an expression of manifestation that opens up when one makes the courageous decision to look at oneself and assume oneself completely.
Magic happens when you dare to be your own agent of change and, from coherence, become a beacon of transformation for others.
In this process, I integrated tools that support and expand consciousness. Meditation, mindfulness, dance, music, integral therapy and psychomagic became my pillars, until I found the Evolutionary and Transpersonal Therapeutic Tarot, which today is my compass and accompanies and guides me as a language of connection.
Today, accompany those who feel the call to descend into their depths to be reborn from their own truth. We invite you to explore this path with the certainty that, beyond the darkness, there is always light waiting to be revealed.
One night, in the wee hours of the morning, in a dream, they whispered to me the need to express and give space to the healing of the collective unconscious that unites us. They guided me towards the manifestation of this project, which with love, respect and listening to the deepest, I give myself with humility and enthusiasm.
My inner journey has always been linked to my professional development. From the corporal and artistic as channels of the unconscious, to the practice with people in vulnerable situations:
Movement has been one of my great teachers.
Through dance and sport, she connects with the full presence in the body, nurturing it and taking care of it as what it is: the temple where our spirit incarnates to live the human experience.
For me, this is the vital purpose that we must honor and preserve.
Likewise, the practice of mindfulness in stillness, movement, solitude and community, which guide my process of disidentification and connect me with intuition, creativity, peace and love for humanity and Life.
