Our family members, past and present, their relationships and experiences, are the starting point for discovering the origin of many of our ailments. The integration of all those who make up the family and the order in their relationships are also the source of healing. By giving each and every one their place, from a place of order and love, solutions emerge that allow us to let go of ‘baggage’ and draw strength from our roots, increasing our awareness and vital impulse. Family Constellations offer us a comprehensive and restorative view; an expanded vision of ourselves, participants in a reality beyond the individual.
It is based on using representatives to show the dynamics of a system, and is applied to the family and any relational group: company, school, friends… Its purpose is to find order and balance in our ‘Being’, in our relationships and in all areas of our lives. Stripped of the superfluous, it focuses directly on the solution.
In an individual process, the members of the system are represented by dolls, anchors, or other symbolic elements with high representative value; consciousness, thanks to the movement of the soul, needs very little to express itself.
Aimed at those who want a solution to issues that cause them difficulty in their lives, at support and health professionals, and at anyone who wants to get to know themselves better.
Facilitator in Family Constellations with over twenty years of experience in individual therapy and training at the ECOS School alongside leading figures such as Peter Bourquin, Stephan Hausner and Mª Colodrón, among others.
He has led groups in various centres in Madrid, Bizkaia and León, and was responsible for organising the First Ibero-American Congress on Family Constellations in Toledo alongside Bert Hellinger. He complements his work with training in constellations in individual therapy, energy therapy and therapeutic and sports massage.
His career combines art and spirituality: trained in Dramatic Arts at RESAD, with experience in set design, theatre management and production, and a scholar of comparative mythology and religious thought, fields in which he has given workshops and lectures at various centres and associations. He also has experience as a social and healthcare technician providing direct care to people with intellectual disabilities.
